What requirements do I have to meet to be able to sell on Packlando?
To be able to sell on Packlando, you must fulfill the following requirements:
- You must be a manufacturer or supplier of packaging or related products.
- You should have the necessary licenses and permits to manufacture and sell your products.
Is registration as a supplier with Packlando free of charge?
Two years free of charge:
As a Packlando supplier, the first two years of your membership are completely free. Please note that despite the free membership, transaction fees or commissions are charged for sales on our platform. Which products can I offer on the marketplace?
On Packlando you can offer a wide range of printable packaging products. These include:
- To-go packaging: Ideal for the sale of food and drinks to go.
- Folding cartons: Versatile packaging solutions for a wide range of products.
- Carrier bags: Suitable for both retail and promotional purposes.
- Cartons: standard solutions for shipping and storage.
You can search for these categories on the marketplace and get an idea of the various offers. Packlando enables you to find and offer individual and creative packaging solutions.
Which products am I not allowed to offer on the marketplace?
Certain products are not permitted on packlando, including:
- Products that violate legal regulations or guidelines, for example with regard to environmental protection or food safety.
- Illegal or dangerous products that violate applicable laws and regulations.
- products that infringe copyrights, trademark rights or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Products that are harmful to health or the environment or violate ethical standards.
- Products that may be considered misleading or fraudulent.
What fees or commissions do I have to pay if I want to sell on Packlando?
The exact fees and commissions can be viewed on packlando. As a rule, we charge a sales commission based on the sales price of your products. Additional fees may apply for special services such as advertising or special placements. How can I register as a manufacturer on Packlando?
To register as a manufacturer on Packlando, you need to fill out our application and registration form and provide your information. After a thorough review and a successful demo of the marketplace, you will be granted access to the Academy and the marketplace.
What types of packaging solutions does Packlando look for from its suppliers?
Initially, our focus at Packlando was exclusively on printable products. In the first phase, we are concentrating on to-go packaging, bags, folding cartons and cardboard boxes. At a later stage, in the second phase, we will expand our range to include flexible packaging and other types of packaging
In which countries will Packlando be represented?
Packlando will initially be active in Germany, followed by the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium and France. In the following years, other European countries were gradually added.
Who is behind the founding of Packlando and who is the team?
Packlando was founded by an experienced e-commerce advertising agency MAXIM-DESIGN based in Münster, Germany. Behind this project is a professional team with many years of experience in the industry.
